Un manager qui pense avoir saisi le probl\u00e8me a tendance \u00e0 se pr\u00e9cipiter et \u00e0 se concentrer directement sur la solution. Ainsi, il ne prend pas le temps de cadrer tous les enjeux du probl\u00e8me et de s&rsquo;assurer que son \u00e9quipe ait compris le projet dans son enti\u00e8ret\u00e9. Cette situation est probl\u00e9matique. En effet, la clart\u00e9 du probl\u00e8me d\u00e9fini la justesse de la solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment \u00e9laborer un probl\u00e8me ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le premier pas \u00e0 prendre pour le manager est de faire face au probl\u00e8me. Il ne faut pas chercher \u00e0 trouver la r\u00e9ponse trop vite. Un probl\u00e8me clair se pr\u00e9sente sous forme de question. Cette question reprend toutes les informations importantes \u00e0 prendre en compte. Le client est par exemple essentiel \u00e0 prendre en compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la construire, il est n\u00e9cessaire de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identifier le probl\u00e8me<\/li><li>D\u00e9finir les enjeux<\/li><li>\u00c9laborer les aboutissants<\/li><li>Partager pour obtenir des visions vari\u00e9es<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utilit\u00e9 du probl\u00e8me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le probl\u00e8me sous forme de question est un outil ind\u00e9niable. Le manager et son \u00e9quipe pourra cibler directement pour r\u00e9pondre au probl\u00e8me. Il sera bien plus difficile de se tromper et plus facile de se rediriger. Le probl\u00e8me permet aussi d&rsquo;unir l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et de s&rsquo;assurer de la compr\u00e9hension des enjeux par tous.
