J&rsquo;\u00e9tais absent \u00e0 ce cours alors j&rsquo;ai repris la ligne directrice et fait mes propres recherches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les injonctions paradoxales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les injonctions paradoxales, aussi appel\u00e9e double contrainte, sont des situations lorsque quelqu&rsquo;un doit faire face \u00e0 deux contraintes incompatibles et qui s&rsquo;opposent. Par exemple, si notre manager nous demande de r\u00e9aliser une strat\u00e9gie originale et traditionnelle, les deux ordres s&rsquo;opposant, nous sommes dans un cas d&rsquo;injonctions paradoxales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela peut \u00eatre une source d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de frustration en entreprise. Savoir que c&rsquo;est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne courant et qu&rsquo;il y a des solutions possibles est rassurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le Design Thinking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le design thinking est une m\u00e9thodologie qui met les utilisateurs au centre de l&rsquo;innovation. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 abord\u00e9 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.guilhemduval.fr\/?p=418\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/blog.guilhemduval.fr\/?p=418\" target=\"_blank\">le brainstorming<\/a> dans ce podcast. Cette m\u00e9thodologie n&rsquo;est pas ancr\u00e9e de le marbre et est en constante \u00e9volution. Pour pratiquer le design thinking, il faut conna\u00eetre les bases de cette m\u00e9thode et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimenter. Aussi appel\u00e9s avatar client, ils sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9s avec diff\u00e9rentes caract\u00e9ristiques. Un persona permet de faciliter la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie qui convient \u00e0 notre cible. Les diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9cisions sont prises en prenant en compte le comportement et les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de notre client imaginaire. Notre strat\u00e9gie pourra ainsi toucher les prospects repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par nos personas.
